EZ Show Win is the latest in our EZ Show
software series. It replaces the EZ Show Plus and EZ Show Thirty
DOS versions. When introduced, these previous versions quickly
became the leading software in the nation for managing large
breed shows and large open shows. We believe EZ Show Win will do
the same.
EZ Show Lite - A new alternative for those who
do not need all of the features of EZ Show Win, but want to
automate their horseshows.
Both
products are designed to make running your show as effortless as
possible. A special feature of the software is the “Hints”
buttons, which are on the screens throughout the software. These
contain information about the screen you are using, such as how
to set up the information and suggestions on the order to do
things. This makes getting answers to your questions easy to
find.

Some of the
features of EZ Show Win and EZ Show Lite are:
Show Setup
You can easily set up and store as many shows as you
wish. You can use the shows you previously set up as templates,
so you don’t have to start from scratch each time.
Fee
Setup
You can set up as many fees as you want and you can add new ones
at any time. If your national organization charges different
fees for different class types, EZ Show Win can keep track of
all of them and report them for you. Fees are set up in groups.
You can have as many groups as you want. You can select from the
groups when you run your shows so you do not have to set up fees
for each show.
Points
EZ Show Win allows you to set up three types of points for each
breed you want to run shows for. You can set up national, local,
and other points for each breed, no matter how many breeds you
want to keep track of.
EZ Show Lite will keep track of up to one type of points.
Classes
Once classes are set up, you don’t have to set them up again.
They are available for selection each time you set up a new show
or modify an existing one.
EZ Show Win comes with nationally approved class files
for many breeds. You can add to, modify, or remove classes from
the class files as you wish. You can also set up additional
class files for other breeds and organizations.
EZ Show Lite allows you to set up and keep track of as
many classes as you wish.
Horses, People &
Businesses
You can enter and store information for as many horses, people
and businesses as you wish. Once entered, the information can
then be used for class entry, billing, keeping track of
memberships etc. The information you enter will be available on
file until you choose to remove it.
Preferences
Not all shows are alike and not everyone wants to run a show the
same way. EZ Show Win and EZ Show Lite allow you to set the
criteria you want to use for the type of shows you are running
and the way you want to run the shows.
Running the Shows
When you are running your shows, EZ Show Win and EZ Show Lite
will keep track of class entries and placings, points earned,
hi-point standings, payback amounts, bills etc. You do not have
to enter the information for each horse or each exhibitor - if
they are already on file, you can just select them. You can also
select from exhibitor/horse combinations from previous shows.
This reduces the time necessary for class entry.
With EZ Show Win, you can run up to 10 shows at a time
with an unlimited number of judges. The shows can be single
breed shows, multiple breed shows, or a combination.
With EZ Show Lite you can run up to two shows at a time
with up to two judges each
Year End Points
Determination
You can store the results for as many shows as you wish. You can
then use those results to determine “year end” or
"circuit" points standings
in a variety of ways. Simply select the shows to be used, select
the criteria to be considered and EZ Show will do the rest.
With EZ Show Win, you can import the results from other
clubs and organizations that use EZ Show Win. These results can
also be used for “year end” or "circuit" points determination.
Show Results Reporting
When your show is completed and you have entered the class
placings, EZ Show Win can be used to produce show results
reports. In addition to producing results in the format required
by the APHA, ApHC, AQHA, FQHR, IBHA, PHBA and PFHA, you can select
from other reporting formats. Results can be reported via paper
reports. Depending on the requirements of the national
organization, national results may also be reported via
diskette.
EZ Show Lite can be used to produce show results
reports in a variety of formats.
Reports and Other
Features
The reports can be viewed before printing. They can also be
converted to different file formats and put to disk. You can print
entire reports or selected pages. The reporting options and
features of EZ Show Win and EZ Show Lite are too numerous to
